1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of Bulk PDF, a web-based service for generating filled PDF documents from uploaded PDF files and spreadsheet data.

Bulk PDF is primarily intended for business and professional use. By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Description of the Service
Bulk PDF allows users to upload PDF files and spreadsheet files, map spreadsheet columns to PDF fields, and generate filled PDF documents automatically.
The exact features, limits, pricing, and availability of the service may change over time. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all files, data, mappings, and content that you upload, provide, process, or generate through Bulk PDF.
You must ensure that:
- you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process the files and data;
- your use of the service complies with applicable laws and third-party rights;
- your files do not contain illegal content, malware, or harmful code;
- your use of the service does not infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, contractual obligations, or other rights of third parties.
You remain responsible for any personal data contained in uploaded files or generated documents.
4. Uploaded Files and Personal Data
Uploaded files may contain personal data, including sensitive or confidential information. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, legal bases, and safeguards to upload and process such data using Bulk PDF.
Where uploaded files contain special categories of personal data, criminal offence data, government identification numbers, payment data, bank details, or similarly sensitive information, you are responsible for ensuring that such processing is lawful and appropriate for your use case.
Bulk PDF does not intentionally inspect, verify, or classify the content of uploaded files. If you require specific contractual, security, or data processing terms for sensitive data, please contact us before using the service for such data.

5. Generated Documents and Final Review
Bulk PDF generates documents automatically based on the files, spreadsheet data, and field mappings provided by the user.
The user is solely responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, completeness, and suitability of all uploaded files, spreadsheet data, field mappings, and generated documents.
Bulk PDF does not verify the correctness, legality, completeness, formatting, or suitability of generated documents. Generated documents may contain errors, including but not limited to incorrect field mappings, missing data, formatting issues, cut-off text, wrong row assignments, or layout problems.
You must carefully review all generated documents before using, sending, printing, submitting, publishing, or relying on them.
Bulk PDF does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, regulatory, or official advice.
6. Payments and Refunds
Some features of Bulk PDF may be offered for free, while others may require payment.
Paid features may include, for example, paid downloads, batch exports, credits, subscriptions, or other paid access models. The applicable price and payment terms are shown before purchase.
Refunds may be granted if a paid processing operation fails due to a technical error caused by Bulk PDF.
Refunds are generally not provided for errors caused by incorrect input files, incorrect spreadsheet data, incorrect field mappings, user mistakes, unsupported files, or failure to review generated documents before use.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers such as PayPal or other providers shown during checkout.
7. File Storage and Deletion
Uploaded files and generated documents are processed for the purpose of providing the document generation service.
Unless otherwise stated, uploaded files and generated documents are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
We may retain technical logs, transaction records, payment metadata, and other limited information for security, fraud prevention, debugging, accounting, legal compliance, and service improvement purposes.
You should keep your own copies of all original files and generated documents. Bulk PDF is not intended to be used as a file storage or backup service.
8. Availability and Technical Errors
Bulk PDF is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every file, browser, device, PDF structure, or spreadsheet format.
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service outages, or other reasons.
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue the service or parts of it at any time.
9. Prohibited Use
You must not use Bulk PDF:
- for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- to upload malware, viruses, or harmful code;
- to infringe the rights of others;
- to process data without the necessary rights, permissions, or legal basis;
- to overload, attack, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service;
- to generate or distribute spam, deceptive documents, or unlawful content.
We may block access, remove files, or refuse processing if we believe that the service is being misused.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulk PDF is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, missed deadlines, incorrect submissions, or damages resulting from the use of generated documents.
Bulk PDF is not liable for errors caused by uploaded files, spreadsheet data, field mappings, user input, unsupported formats, third-party services, or the user's failure to review generated documents.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where liability cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory statutory liability.
Where liability can be limited by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific transaction or service giving rise to the claim.
11. Third-Party Services
Bulk PDF may use third-party services for hosting, storage, analytics, payments, security, or infrastructure. These services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Changes to These Terms
